Billy BYBF: a whole catalogue signed by one name

Published October 20, 2026

Billy BYBF is a bouyon artist whose catalogue, read through the official credits on the streaming platforms, tells a simple and rare story: almost every record, from the album “DI YO SA 2” in 2023 to the EP “SUPER BAYOBONFÈ” in 2026, carries the same writer and composer name, Fabien Aurela. Around that name orbit a crew, Team Bwè Tou Sa, a recurring producer, Magbeatz, a partner DJ, DJ SKYCEE, and, from 2025, a label that bears his own stage name, BYBF STUDIO. This profile follows that thread of credits, record by record, because it is the only verifiable public file on this artist: no published biography and no interview were found, and this profile says so plainly instead of inventing one.

What the credits say, and what they do not say

Start with the honesty of the file. On Billy BYBF, the sources opened during this research contain no artist biography, no interview and no label page presenting his path. What does exist is abundant and checkable: a full discography on Deezer, detailed song pages on Shazam with dates, labels, language and credits, and the official credits of the YouTube videos generated by his distributor. This profile is built from those pieces alone.

The central piece is a name: Fabien Aurela. On Deezer he is credited as writer and composer of nearly the whole Billy Bybf catalogue, alone or with named collaborators: Nicolas MACBETH on “Kenbé Sa”, SoWood on “Holiday”, Hugo Laguillaumie on “Tatami”, Yanis Batta and O’Neal Chatelot on the recent records. On Shazam, the pages for “SPOUTNIK (BING BANG)” and “BAW SA (SANTA BAYOBONFÈ)” name him as songwriter, with Billy BYBF as producer. The most direct reading of those credits, shared by every platform, is that Billy BYBF is the stage name of the writer Fabien Aurela. This profile presents that link as what it is: a reading of official credits, not a statement by the artist.

The rest of the public identity can be read in the titles themselves. The catalogue is in French and Guadeloupean Creole, classified as French language by Shazam. In October 2026 Billy BYBF released a single titled “GWADLOUPÉYEN”, claiming a Guadeloupean identity in the title itself. His collaborations place him at the centre of the Guadeloupe bouyon scene: Team Bwè Tou Sa, Riko, Team Bodé, Ricky Bishop, DJ SKYCEE. This profile therefore attributes no birthplace and no biography to him: it describes an artist of the Guadeloupe bouyon scene, because that is exactly what his catalogue documents.

This method matters across this site. Bouyon gwada produces a lot of music and very little documentation. Its artists exist first through their records, their crews and their credits. A profile built from credits can be checked by any reader in a few minutes on Deezer or Shazam. That is the choice made here, as on all our bouyon artists pages.

DI YO SA 2 (2023): the first documented album

The first documented long format by Billy Bybf is “DI YO SA 2”, released on 2 August 2023 and credited to his name alone on Deezer, which lists nine tracks. The first seven tracks shown by the platform already draw the method: “I Pè Mandé-y” (1:45), “Avec ou Sans” (2:50), “Kenbé Sa” (2:04), “Holiday” (2:41), “Tatami” (2:13), “Bombe Atomique” (1:27) and “AKFTA” (2:01). Short formats, between a minute and a half and under three minutes, built for dancefloor and social media efficiency, which have become the norm of 2020s bouyon gwada.

Shazam confirms “Bombe Atomique” as a track from this album, dated 2 August 2023, with Fabien Aurela as sole credited writer, and classifies it at 160 BPM, the characteristic tempo of fast bouyon. The album is preceded in the Deezer discography by an EP titled “Diyosa”, dated 23 December 2022 and credited “BILLY”, with tracks such as “Tu veux”, “Black Nasty”, “An ja sou” and “Yo Pepa”, several of whose credits already return to Fabien Aurela. The number 2 in “DI YO SA 2” suggests an earlier first volume that the opened platforms do not document: this profile flags it without describing it.

The sound of this period, as the song pages describe it, is modern bouyon gwada: short tracks, Creole choruses, electronic production at high tempo. To place this branch, our bouyon gwada page tells how Guadeloupe made Dominican bouyon its own party sound, and our bouyon playlist mixes these records with new releases from Dominica.

Team Bwè Tou Sa and TRAVAILLONS (2024): crew work

In 2024 the centre of gravity of the catalogue shifts to the crew. The album “TRAVAILLONS”, released on 13 July 2024 by Team Bwè Tou Sa and Billy BYBF, runs to fourteen tracks according to Deezer. Its credits systematically mix Fabien Aurela with the crew members: Ludmael FLOWER, Ludmilian FLOWER, Nicolas MACBETH, Yanis Batta, O’Neal Chatelot. The listed tracks include “NOU KI LA”, “CHEAT OR LOVE”, “BRUTALITÉ”, “BOXER”, “ABBL”, “MAL ÉLEVÉ” and “PASSE-PASSE”. “Mal élevé” also circulates as a single credited to Team Bwè Tou Sa and Billy BYBF.

This practice of the collective record is a signature of the Guadeloupe bouyon scene: the same names return from one project to the next, teams recompose, and songs work as crew calling cards as much as singles. The two 2025 singles “ZING CHAP #BANGER” and “SINOBÒL #BANGER 2” extend exactly that logic, crediting Team Bwè Tou Sa, Team Bodé, Riko and Billy BYBF in neighbouring combinations, with writer lists mixing the same families of names: Flower, MACBETH, Lambert, Chatelot, Aurela.

For a reader discovering the scene, those credits are a map. They show that Billy BYBF is not an isolated artist but a node in a network: the same writer appears on the crew projects, on partner singles and on his own releases. That is also why this site follows credits as closely as press releases: in bouyon gwada, the network is the biography.

2025 to 2026: BYBF STUDIO, Magbeatz and the singles rhythm

The recent period is the densest, and the best documented. From late 2025, Billy BYBF Shazam pages carry a new label: BYBF STUDIO, an imprint under his own name. “BAW SA (SANTA BAYOBONFÈ)” was released on 28 December 2025 on BYBF STUDIO, “SPOUTNIK (BING BANG)” on 10 March 2026 on the same label. Both records are credited to Billy BYBF and Magbeatz, with Billy BYBF as producer, Magbeatz as recording engineer, and Fabien Aurela and O’Neal Chatelot as writers. Both are classified French language and 160 BPM by Shazam. Between them, “ELLE VEUT” (19 November 2025) and “BDKMV (Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe)” (25 March 2026) continue the Magbeatz tandem.

In parallel, the partnership with DJ SKYCEE produces a run of singles: “10 Degrés” in 2024, “NUMBER ONE” in 2025, then “BADDIE”, released on 11 September 2026 via TuneCore under the name 97TODIWORLD, whose official YouTube credits name DJ SKYCEE and Billy Bybf as producers and Fabien Aurela and Yanis Batta as writers. Add “IG”, a 2025 single with Ricky Bishop, the solo “JUST DO IT” and “MOVÉ FEELING” in 2025, “CARIBBEAN GYAL” with Atox, DJ Skycee and Tito on the “CARNA” EP (6 February 2026, PlayDiTune), and appearances on the D.O.C FIX DEM records “Asi Mwen” and “Tik Tak” (6 February 2026), where Fabien Aurela is credited on vocals and writing.

On 29 April 2026 the EP “SUPER BAYOBONFÈ” gathers four tracks: “NO CAP” with Anthony Lesueur, “DO YOU FEEL IT ?” with Mathis Bourgeois, “BOUNCE4ME”, and “CHIMEN CHYEN” with Yanis Batta, all co-written by Fabien Aurela according to Deezer. Summer 2026 adds the “GALAKTIK” EP by Lunik, Billy bybf and Riko (20 August 2026), then the singles “GWADLOUPÉYEN” (9 October 2026) and “MALIBU” (14 October 2026). The release rhythm, a single or a project almost every month over two years, is that of an independent artist who controls his production: exactly what the creation of BYBF STUDIO formalises.

What this profile does not know, and why it says so

No source opened during this research gives Billy BYBF age, birthplace, path or his own words. No official social account was verified by opening an artist page, so this profile links to no network: this site rule is to put in schema only links verified by direct opening. Likewise, no interview allows this profile to quote the artist, and no sentence here claims to report his words.

What is established is already substantial: one writer, Fabien Aurela, behind a stage name; a first documented album in 2023; a crew album in 2024; a personal label in 2025; a run of monthly singles through October 2026; and a place at the centre of the Team Bwè Tou Sa, Riko, Team Bodé, Magbeatz and DJ SKYCEE network. If an official biography or an interview appears, this profile will be completed and dated, like every page on this site.

To listen, start with “DI YO SA 2” for the album format, with “SPOUTNIK (BING BANG)” and “BAW SA” for the BYBF STUDIO period, and with “BADDIE” for the DJ SKYCEE side. Then connect those records to our bouyon playlist and the bouyon gwada page, which places this generation inside the history of the genre born in Dominica.

Frequently asked questions

What is the real name behind Billy BYBF?

Official platform credits name Fabien Aurela as writer and composer of nearly the whole Billy Bybf catalogue, from DI YO SA 2 (2023) to SUPER BAYOBONFÈ (2026), and as writer of the BYBF STUDIO singles. Billy BYBF is therefore read in this profile as his stage name. The artist has not confirmed it in a published biography found during this research, and the link is presented as a reading of the credits.

What is BYBF STUDIO?

BYBF STUDIO is the label that appears on the Shazam pages of Billy BYBF recent singles: BAW SA (SANTA BAYOBONFÈ) on 28 December 2025 and SPOUTNIK (BING BANG) on 10 March 2026, with Billy BYBF credited as producer. It is an imprint under his own name, a sign of independent production controlled by the artist.

What are Billy BYBF albums and EPs?

The Deezer discography documents the Diyosa EP (23 December 2022, credited BILLY), the album DI YO SA 2 (2 August 2023, nine tracks), the album TRAVAILLONS with Team Bwè Tou Sa (13 July 2024, fourteen tracks), the EP SUPER BAYOBONFÈ (29 April 2026, four tracks) and the GALAKTIK EP with Lunik and Riko (20 August 2026).

Who does Billy BYBF work with most often?

The credits draw a stable circle: the crew Team Bwè Tou Sa and its members Ludmael and Ludmilian FLOWER and Nicolas MACBETH, producer Magbeatz on the 2025 and 2026 singles, DJ SKYCEE on 10 Degrés, NUMBER ONE and BADDIE, and recurring writers O’Neal Chatelot and Yanis Batta. He also appears with Ricky Bishop on IG and with Atox and Tito on CARIBBEAN GYAL.

Is Billy BYBF Guadeloupean?

No published biography gives his birthplace. What the catalogue documents is a Guadeloupean identity claimed in the titles: the single GWADLOUPÉYEN (9 October 2026), a catalogue in French and Creole classified as French language by Shazam, and a collaboration network entirely anchored in the Guadeloupe bouyon scene. This profile therefore describes an artist of the Guadeloupe scene, without inventing a birthplace.

Where can I hear Billy BYBF?

His catalogue is on Deezer, Shazam and YouTube: start with DI YO SA 2, then SPOUTNIK (BING BANG), BAW SA and BADDIE, and continue with our bouyon playlist and our bouyon gwada page.
