Le Daah: the guest voice running through bouyon gwada

Published October 20, 2026

Le Daah is a voice of French Antillean bouyon who exists, in public sources, only as a feature. Between May 2023 and September 2025, four streaming singles credit him: twice for DJ Leguste, on “LE GARS CHAUD” and then on “EN LEY” with Judi Silva, once inside the posse cut “BAISE-MOI” by Laka, and once for D.O.C FIX DEM on “Asi Mwen”, where the platforms spell him Le_Daah. A YouTube video, Tichouboy “SOUKWE SA BABY”, adds a fifth record, the only one where his own social handles are published. No lead name record, no artist page, no biography and no origin were found. This profile follows the five records one by one, reads their credits line by line, deals with the blurred “GROS COCOTTE” credit, and says exactly where the file stops.

One name, four spellings, no artist page

The first fact of the file is a negative one, and it has to be set down before everything else: Le Daah has no artist page of his own in the sources opened for this research. Neither Shazam nor the other platforms consulted give him an artist listing with a catalog, a biography or links. He appears only inside the listings of others: as a feature in the title lines, and as a credited voice in the performer sections. He is a pure guest voice profile, and this site documents him as such, without lending him a group, a label or a path that is not in the credits.

Even his name is never spelled twice the same way. The two DJ Leguste singles of 2023 spell him Le Daah, with a capital on each word. The “BAISE-MOI” listing, the same year, spells him Le daah, with a small d. The “Asi Mwen” listing, in 2025, spells him Le_Daah, with an underscore, like a platform identifier. And the Tichouboy video spells him LE DAAH, in capitals, while his own handles, printed in the description of that video, give him as le_daaah, with three a letters. Four spellings for the credits, a fifth for the socials: this profile keeps Le Daah, the form of the two 2023 singles, and flags the others whenever they matter.

The only personal details published in an opened source are those 2023 handles. The description of the “SOUKWE SA BABY” video prints, for Le Daah, an Instagram account and a TikTok account under le_daaah, and a Snapchat account under mandrl47. No opened source gives his legal name, his age, his town or his island of birth, and this profile does not guess them. The fact that his first two singles come out for a Guadeloupe bouyon producer and his latest for a Guadeloupe workshop places his documented activity in Guadeloupe, without establishing his personal origin.

A reading warning belongs in this first section, because the whole file brushes against it. The name of Daryl Biabiany returns as a songwriter on all four streaming singles of Le Daah, and a hurried reader could turn him into the legal name behind the voice. No source consulted says that. Biabiany is a writer of the DJ Leguste workshop, also credited on records where Le Daah does not sing, and this profile treats him exactly that way: a recurring writer around the voice, not a revealed identity. In a scene where credit is the central currency, confusing the writer and the voice would be the worst possible reading.

2023, the Leguste year: “LE GARS CHAUD” then “EN LEY”

The first verified record of Le Daah is “LE GARS CHAUD”, a single by DJ Leguste featuring him, released on May 26, 2023 on the DJ LEGUSTE label, in French, at 160 BPM, with a World genre tag on its Shazam page and 97 identifications counted when that page was opened. The writing credits name two people: ryan auguste and Daryl Biabiany. DJ Leguste is the producer whose catalog this site follows from 2023, and “LE GARS CHAUD” is the first of his documented singles: Le Daah is therefore the first guest voice of that catalog, present from its opening record on.

Seven weeks later, on July 15, 2023, the same producer releases “EN LEY”, again featuring Le Daah, but this time with two guest voices: Judi Silva and Le Daah. The listing gives the same constants, DJ LEGUSTE label, French, 160 BPM, World tag, and a higher counter: about 930 Shazam identifications at opening, close to ten times the count of “LE GARS CHAUD”. The writing moves to three names: judikael christine, Daryl Biabiany and Terry Baptiste. “EN LEY” sits durably in the highlighted record lists of the DJ Leguste catalog, alongside his more recent records, which makes this two voice single the most exposed piece of the producer first period.

Taken together, the two singles draw a precise role. In 2023, DJ Leguste builds his first records around a small number of voices, and Le Daah is the recurring male voice of that first circle: the only guest of the first single, a co guest of the second, alongside the voice of Judi Silva. Neither record puts him in the lead name, and neither publishes lyrics in the opened sources, so this profile describes neither his verses nor his hooks. It keeps the structure: one producer, one house guest voice, and a stable musical regime, the 160 BPM that runs through all the single driven bouyon of this scene, as our page on bouyon BPM documents.

The immediate follow up of 2023 no longer passes through Leguste as lead name, but it stays inside the same widened workshop, and it changes scale: from two guest voices, Le Daah moves to eight. That is the subject of the “BAISE-MOI” section, after a detour through the two records that do not fit the clean frame of the streaming listings, the Tichouboy video and the blurred credit of 47#.

“SOUKWE SA BABY” and “GROS COCOTTE”: the video and the blurred credit

“SOUKWE SA BABY” exists, in the opened sources, only as a YouTube video, published on the channel of Tichouboy. Its title line is complete: Tichouboy featuring Le Daah, produced by DJ Leguste, and its keywords file it under the bouyon of 2023. The description credits Tichouboy and Le Daah on vocals, DJ Leguste on production, SKANMAKER at the controls and G-ISLANDS FILMZ on the video. No streaming single of this title was found during this research: no Shazam page, no platform release date, no label. The record therefore lives in the file as a video piece, real and credited, but outside the singles circuit.

This video is still the most personal piece of the file, for a simple reason: it is the only opened source that publishes the handles of Le Daah himself, Instagram and TikTok under le_daaah and Snapchat under mandrl47, printed under his name in the description, next to those of Tichouboy and DJ Leguste. The producer Snapchat is given there as gwaryan971 and his TikTok as djleguste.fwi, two identifiers that anchor the team in the Guadeloupe of the socials, 971 being the code of the island. For Le Daah, the video therefore proves two things at once: a third 2023 record with Leguste on production, and a social existence of his own, distinct from that of the producer.

The case of “GROS COCOTTE” is different, and this profile treats it as a case, not as an acquired record. The single by 47#, supplied to the platforms by DistroKid, comes out on February 13, 2022 under the copyright 3720450 Records DK, in a Radio Edit version. Its guest credit is printed as one single welded block, “Barbar le daah dj swafet dj kevy”, with no comma and no separation between the names, in the title line as well as in the artist line. Read as one block, that credit does not allow any single voice to be isolated: it can contain Barbar, Le Daah, DJ Swafet and DJ Kevy, or it can designate one single entity with a compound name. The distributor metadata does not settle it.

A radio source, though, settles it the other way. The Shatta & Bouyon programme of RPH, Radio Pays d’Hérault, broadcast on Monday April 13, 2026, presents bouyon as the Guadeloupe music that came out of Dominica, and its twenty record tracklist places at number eleven “Barbar & Le Daah, Gros cocotte”, clearly separating the two names, between Maureen, Kalash, Meryl and Theodora. A radio programmer therefore read that block as two artists, Barbar and Le Daah. This profile reports both readings and chooses neither: the name of Le Daah is present in the credit string of “GROS COCOTTE”, but for lack of a listing that separates the voices, the record enters neither the verified catalog told here, nor the recording list of the structured data. If the block does contain his voice, this February 2022 record would be his oldest trace, a year before the Leguste singles: the file flags it as a dated possibility, not as a fact.

“BAISE-MOI”: one voice among eight in the Laka posse cut

On November 22, 2023, Laka releases “BAISE-MOI” on his own LAKA label, in French, at 160 BPM, with about 433 Shazam identifications counted when the page was opened, which the platform files under the Christmas tag, as printed. The title line stacks eight guests: Riko, Le bluff, Tgx, Billy Bybf, PIXOU, Le daah, WAYSEE and Team Bwè Tou Sa. It is a posse cut in the full sense: a collective record where the gwada scene of the moment parades voice by voice, and where Le Daah, spelled here with a small d, holds one verse among eight names.

The writing section matches the format: thirteen songwriters are credited, among them Marvin Mayoute, Queency Treyvor Solvar, Emmanuel Perec, Yohan Corneille, Fabien Aurela, Nicolas Macbeth, Daryl Biabiany, Terry Baptiste and ryan auguste. What strikes, for the Le Daah file, is the overlap with his other records. Daryl Biabiany, already a writer of “LE GARS CHAUD” and “EN LEY”, is there again. Terry Baptiste, co writer of “EN LEY”, too. Ryan auguste, co writer of “LE GARS CHAUD”, too. In other words, the voice changes house, from Leguste to Laka, but the writing desk around it partly stays the same: that is the mark of a workshop that is wider than the title lines.

This record also teaches something about the status of the voice. For Leguste, Le Daah was the house guest, alone or in a duo. For Laka, he is one name in a list of eight, with no particular highlight in the published credits. Both positions fit the same career profile, that of the session singer of the scene: called by producers and lead names for a verse, credited cleanly, and absent from every section where biographies are told. No album follows, neither for Laka nor for Leguste: at the end of 2023, the Le Daah file holds three streaming singles and one video, all as a guest.

The next trace then takes close to two years to arrive, and it comes from the same widened network, on the FIX DEM side. In between, no lead name record of Le Daah was found on the platforms consulted, and that absence is part of the file: it is reported here as a research result, not as a certainty about the whole of his activity, which no source covers in full.

2025, “Asi Mwen”: Le_Daah inside the FIX DEM workshop

On September 19, 2025, D.O.C FIX DEM releases “Asi Mwen” on the FIX DEM label. The title line credits four guests: Billy BYBF, D0 Production, LGC and Le_Daah, spelled here with an underscore. The Shazam page, opened for this research, files the record in English, under the Caribbean tag, at 160 BPM, with 24 identifications at the time of opening. The sections detail a team release: on vocals, Billy BYBF, LGC and Le_Daah; on production, D.O.C FIX DEM, Landry Mette, Clarisse Daryl and D0 Production; on mixing, Landry Mette and Clarisse Daryl.

The writing closes the loop opened in 2023. The five credited songwriters are Landry Mette, Clarisse Daryl, Fabien Aurela, Gardiole Jean and Biabiany Daryl. Two of those names directly extend the file: Fabien Aurela was already among the thirteen writers of “BAISE-MOI”, and Biabiany Daryl is none other, under a reversed name order, than Daryl Biabiany, the writer of the two Leguste singles and of “BAISE-MOI”. Across four streaming singles spread over three years and three different houses, the same writer returns four times around the same voice. This profile notes the regularity, which is a fact of credits, and repeats its reserve: no source turns that writer into the voice himself.

The network, on the other hand, can be read without reserve. “Asi Mwen” gathers names this site documents separately: Billy BYBF, already a guest of “BAISE-MOI” alongside Le Daah in 2023, LGC, D0 Production and the FIX DEM workshop, the same one that releases records with Judi Silva that same year, the partner of Le Daah on “EN LEY”. The circle of 2023 and the circle of 2025 therefore overlap through at least three names, the voice himself, Billy BYBF and the writer Daryl Biabiany. Le Daah did not change scene between his two documented periods: he kept singing, as a guest, inside the same fabric of Guadeloupe workshops.

There remains the question of language, which the listing raises without resolving it. Shazam files “Asi Mwen” in English, where the three records of 2023 are filed in French, and places it under the Caribbean tag rather than World. The title itself is in Creole in its spelling, and no published lyrics were found in the opened sources to settle the text. This profile therefore gives the platform classification as printed, English and Caribbean, and flags the gap with the 2023 listings instead of smoothing it over: in this file, even the language of the voice is documented only by platform tags.

What this file allows to say, and what it does not

Put together, the verified file of Le Daah holds five pieces: “LE GARS CHAUD” on May 26, 2023, “EN LEY” on July 15, 2023, the “SOUKWE SA BABY” video in 2023, “BAISE-MOI” on November 22, 2023 and “Asi Mwen” on September 19, 2025. Four streaming singles and one video, five times as a guest, never as lead name. The constants are clear: French for the 2023 records, 160 BPM on the four streaming listings that publish a tempo, and a stable circle of producers and writers, DJ Leguste, Laka and D.O.C FIX DEM on the title lines, Daryl Biabiany, Terry Baptiste, ryan auguste and Fabien Aurela on the writing.

The genre context helps to read that path. Bouyon was born in Dominica, and Guadeloupe became its second home, with an economy of fast singles produced in workshops, as our bouyon Guadeloupe page retraces. In the neighbouring branch, bouyon soca was started by Dada in 2003 in Dominica, according to the first hand testimony of Sean “Smokiller” Francis, Dominican-born, and popularised by Triple Kay, as our bouyon soca page documents. Le Daah belongs to the other shore of that story, that of the gwada studios of the 2020s: no live band, no album, a voice moving from session to session that only the credits allow to follow.

The limits are as clear as the facts, and this profile states them without going around them. No lead name record of Le Daah was found. No artist page carries his catalog. No biography, no interview and no origin are published in the opened sources. The “GROS COCOTTE” credit stays undecidable in the current state of the metadata. His handles are known only through a 2023 video description, printed at that date and not reverified since. And the counters quoted, from 24 to about 930 Shazam identifications, are those counted at the time of research: they describe a niche voice, known to the regulars of the scene, not a platform star.

If Le Daah one day releases a lead name record, an artist page or a biography, this profile will be completed and dated like every page on this site. In the meantime, listening follows the order of the file: “EN LEY” for the duo with Judi Silva, “LE GARS CHAUD” for the first single, “BAISE-MOI” for the verse inside the collective, “Asi Mwen” for the voice inside the FIX DEM workshop, and the “SOUKWE SA BABY” video for the most direct piece. Our bouyon playlist follows this gwada wave week by week, and the DJ Leguste, Laka and D.O.C FIX DEM pages document the three houses his voice passed through.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Le Daah?

A voice of French Antillean bouyon, documented only as a feature between 2023 and 2025: two DJ Leguste singles, “LE GARS CHAUD” and “EN LEY” with Judi Silva, the Laka posse cut “BAISE-MOI”, “Asi Mwen” by D.O.C FIX DEM, and the Tichouboy video “SOUKWE SA BABY”. No source consulted publishes his biography, his legal name or his origin.

What are the verified records of Le Daah?

Four streaming singles and one video. “LE GARS CHAUD”, by DJ Leguste, on May 26, 2023. “EN LEY”, by DJ Leguste with Judi Silva, on July 15, 2023. “BAISE-MOI”, by Laka with eight guests, on November 22, 2023. “Asi Mwen”, by D.O.C FIX DEM, on September 19, 2025, where he is spelled Le_Daah. And the video “SOUKWE SA BABY”, by Tichouboy produced by DJ Leguste, in 2023, with no streaming single found.

Has Le Daah released a record under his own lead name?

None was found during this research. Every verified record credits him as a feature, for DJ Leguste, Laka, Tichouboy and D.O.C FIX DEM, and no artist page carries his name on the platforms consulted. This profile therefore documents him as a guest voice, which is exactly what the published credits describe.

Does Le Daah sing on “GROS COCOTTE” by 47#?

The file does not allow to settle it. The single, released on February 13, 2022 on 3720450 Records DK via DistroKid, prints its guests as one single welded block, “Barbar le daah dj swafet dj kevy”, with no separation between the names. A radio tracklist of RPH, in April 2026, reads that block as “Barbar & Le Daah”. This profile flags the record and both readings, without counting it in the verified catalog.

Where does Le Daah come from?

No source consulted says it. His documented activity unfolds in Guadeloupe bouyon: the DJ Leguste singles, the Laka posse cut and the FIX DEM workshop, and his handles, printed in the description of the “SOUKWE SA BABY” video in 2023, are Instagram and TikTok under the name le_daaah and Snapchat under mandrl47. His personal origin is not published, and this profile does not guess it.

Where can I hear Le Daah?

Through his features, in the order of the file: “EN LEY” and “LE GARS CHAUD” for DJ Leguste, “BAISE-MOI” for Laka, “Asi Mwen” for D.O.C FIX DEM, and the “SOUKWE SA BABY” video by Tichouboy on YouTube. Our bouyon playlist follows the gwada scene where those records circulate.
